How to Request a Return
Email hello@trydaily.co with your order number and a brief note. We'll process your refund within 2 business days. You do not need to return the product.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal with no fee and no minimum commitment. Cancellations submitted before your next renewal date will stop future charges. Already-charged orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, email us immediately at hello@trydaily.co. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
